1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION Elite Avenue provides vehicle drop‑off, collection, and car wash services ("Services") at designated locations. Services are available during posted operating hours and are subject to availability.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must:
• Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, colour, plate number).
• Hand over the vehicle key and any required access devices to our staff.
• Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and cash before handing over the vehicle.
• Be present at the vehicle pick‑up point at the agreed time. • Notify us immediately of any change in your contact details.
3. VEHICLE CONDITION AND DAMAGE
• Our staff will perform a visual inspection of your vehicle and record its general condition before taking possession.
• Elite Avenue exercises reasonable care while your vehicle is in our custody.
• You must inspect your vehicle at the time of collection. Any claim for damage or loss must be reported to our staff in writing before leaving the premises or within 15 minutes of collection. Claims reported after this period may not be honoured.
• Elite Avenue is not responsible for:
– Damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
– Mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures of the vehicle. – Loss of or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
4. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION
• Services may be paid on a per‑use basis or through a monthly subscription plan.
• Subscription fees are due monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. • All payments are non‑refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. PRIVACY AND DATA
We collect and use your personal information (name, phone number, vehicle details) solely for the purpose of providing the Services. Please read our

6. APP USAGE RULES
• You may not use the app for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose. • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business or other customers.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Avenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
8. AMENDMENTS We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
